    No, there is no such thing as a safe diet pill, they all have risks, and are ridicules awnyays.     i bought these pills yaretsdey after only finding good reviews online typical. i took my first one this morning and in no less than 15 minutes i had a sharp pain in my tummy that felt like i was about to explode and when i looked in the mirror my face was bright red! it took about 10 minutes to calm down but i can't believe i've wasted my money when these pills clearly aren't safe' or effective, thought u all should know!

    First off .if you eat healthy and esrxcciee properly you should not be overweight unless there is an underlying medical condition. To rule this out have your mom get you an appointment with a doctor. If you have no issues (thyroid, etc.) you need to see a nutritionist. What you consider eating healthy might be far from that. But at your age .definitely STAY AWAY from diet pill until you have everything else in order. Good luck to you.

    Vince, Im a college babsetkall player and I had a knee injury that kept me out for 8 months. I used to eat drink whatever I wanted before, but now after not being able to run, as well as drinking, and not eating well, Ive gained alot weight. I would just run all the weight off, but I have really bad knees and I think my weight is causing alot of pressre to them and that causes alot of pain so working out is extremely painful.     I used to take ephedrine and cafefine stack in the 90 s when I was in my early 20 s. I did for the boost of energy it provided for my workout. Losing weight was less of a concern for me at the time because by the time I decided to take it, I had already lost the majority of the weight I wanted to loose. I had to be careful not to take it passed 3 pm, and I had to make sure I did my work out well before 6 pm. If I did either any later, I stared at the walls all night cuz I couldn't sleep.
